Terms and Conditions

  • For any orders cancelled prior to cut-off, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations received after cut-off, no refund will be provided.
  • Deliveries may occur outside the scheduled delivery window. Our trained drivers will endeavour to adhere to the scheduled delivery time, however Mazati cannot guarantee this.
  • If you are not home upon delivery, your order will be left unattended at the front entrance/doorstep. Please specify a safe place for delivery should you know, this will be the case.
  • Mazati does not take any responsibility for orders left unattended.


Is there a cut-off time for orders?
Yes!
Delivery on Monday – Order by Friday 12pm.
Delivery on Wednesday – Order by Tuesday 12pm.
Delivery on Friday – Order by Thursday 12pm.
Pickup on Saturday – Order by Friday 12pm.

When do you deliver?
We deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Sydney wide and Wollongong. If you have any questions about delivery, contact our friendly team on 02 9708 4259.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of $11.95. If your order is over $99.00, we will waive the delivery fee. Please note $50.00 is the minimum order.

Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes! We offer contactless delivery for your ease, convenience and peace of mind. Our driver will place down your boxes, ring the doorbell and then step away.

How does the delivery stay cold?
All of the Mazati vans are refrigerated. We also provide ice packs to ensure your delivery stays fresh for as long as possible. Please put the delivery in the freezer/fridge as soon as you receive it.

Can I pick-up my order?
Yes! We have an in-store pickup service available from our Greenacre warehouse. Please ensure you place your order before cut-off.

Can I order it as a gift?
Absolutely! We even offer a complimentary Mazati greeting card. There is an option to leave a message in the notes section of the order and we will hand write this on our card.
Please provide a relevant contact number as if there are any issues with the address or no one is home, then we will need to call.

What if I need to cancel my order?
We will be happy to cancel your order and offer a full refund, for cancellations received prior to cut-off. For cancellations occurring after cut-off, no refund will be provided.
